Experienced Flooring Installer (Residential, Commercial & Multifamily)

About the Role

We’re looking for skilled and dependable Flooring Installers to join our team. This position is ideal for a professional with hands-on experience across multiple flooring types and a proven track record of delivering quality work in residential, commercial, and multifamily settings.

Responsibilities

Install a wide range of flooring materials including:

• Carpet (glue down and stretch-in)
• Laminate
• Tile
• LVP (glue down and click)
• VCT
• Carpet tile
• Prepare and inspect surfaces for installation.
• Follow job specifications, plans, and safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers.
• Ensure all work meets PG Long quality standards and deadlines.

Requirements

• Proficient flooring installation experience across listed materials.
• Must have own tools and reliable transportation (van preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Professional, dependable, and customer focused attitude.
• Experience leading small crews or training helpers.
• Familiarity with both new construction and renovation projects.
